Geoffrey Rossi

As Vice President and Regional Manager in Marx Okubo’s Northwest region, Geoff’s key roles are in business development and operations. He has served as an architect, owner’s representative, project manager, operations director, and pre-construction executive on a wide variety of projects, with a special focus on complex building envelopes.

Geoff brings over 35 years of design and construction experience on large-scale commercial, residential, biotech and public projects, as well as hands-on experience in fabrication, field construction, product design, and manufacturing. As a pre-construction executive, Geoff closed over $400 million in projects over five years. He was also involved with project management and manufacturing/procurement oversight for significant envelope projects including the cast Corona panel system for David Adjaye’s Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture in Washington, DC, the stainless-steel skin for the parabolic facade of Bjarke Ingles Group’s VIA 57 West in New York, and the faceted sunshade system for Krueck + Sexton’s FBI headquarters in Miami.

Geoff earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. He is also a licensed general contractor in the states of Washington and Oregon.
