Marx Okubo welcomes Jeff Benham, AIA, LEED AP, to its headquarters in Denver.
Jeff Benham, Associate, brings to Marx Okubo over 25 years of full-service architectural design experience, including programming, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, bidding administration, construction administration, and project close-out. Mr. Benham’s responsibilities include pre-construction project reviews, property condition assessments, and construction loan management. Pre-construction project reviews include detailed review and analysis of proposed building systems, components, and assemblies with an emphasis on water intrusion prevention and sound transmission control and mitigation.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Idaho, and is a licensed architect in the state of Colorado.
