Marx Okubo is very pleased to announce that Stephen D’Arcy has joined the firm as Vice President and Co-Regional Manager for the Northeast Region. Based out of the newly-relocated and expanded White Plains office, Stephen will be managing the region as part of a strategic effort to expand and grow the services of Marx Okubo in this area.
Stephen is a licensed engineer in the State of Connecticut, with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University (NYU). Stephen most recently oversaw the construction loan, servicing, and workout-related activities on a $14 billion loan and REO portfolio. Prior to that, Stephen provided Property Condition Assessment and construction oversight services. Stephen’s knowledge of the Northeast real estate community and his strengths in construction oversight, contracts, and related activities will contribute greatly to growing the region.
